In the vibrant locale of Rathmines, Church Gardens unveils two remarkable mews properties—one existing and one newly constructed, completed in 2018. The rear mews, a testament to thoughtful design, can be accessed through a double gate leading to a meticulously landscaped pathway. This pathway culminates in a 5-meter, electrically operated turning circle, strategically designed to facilitate convenient repositioning of vehicles for seamless exits.

Comprising two generously sized ensuited bedrooms, a powder room, a dedicated home office, and distinct kitchen/dining and lounge areas, this single-storey property is enriched by the presence of three internal courtyards. These courtyards, thoughtfully landscaped, serve as luminous focal points, channeling natural light into various adjoining rooms and contributing to an overall sense of openness and tranquility.

Navigating the challenges posed by an extremely compact site, inventive and prudent planning was essential throughout all phases of construction. The logistics of material delivery were expertly managed, overcoming the constraints of a narrow gateway without compromising on the quality or efficiency of the construction process.

In tandem with the new mews, the front house underwent a similar transformation, evolving into a smartly renovated three-bedroom townhouse.
